OK - so I was perusing the hidden comments as I normally do during the day. It really is the best place to get that Oh So Fresh slice of crazy that I crave each day. Today I noticed that 2 people apparently are having a contest to see who can get the most comments hidden in a single day. I thought this would be a nice thing to keep score of (for them of course).

(as of 3:14 PM EST)

1st - Rankels/Switching Sides2 - 18

2nd - Clintonite4mccain - 4

3rd - Catfish2 - 3

4th - NewHampster - 2

I'll keep an updated score throughout the day - winner gets a free vasectomy.

Updated - apparantly we have a multiple personality poster here so in the interest of fairness, I have added the 2nd and 3rd place posters to the tally. As you can see, the other competitors have some work to do...

Update #2 - We have a new contendah...

Like a moth to the flame, the trolls sprint for the thread when they think they have a shot at some notoriety...

Well that makes it sort of unfair - so I guess he wins by default. However, considering first prize is a vasectomy, I guess we all win in the end.

No. Someone posting 20 hide worthy comments in a single day and not having their post privileges pulled is a far more egregious violation than me calling them on it. If admin wants it pulled, they are more than welcome to delete it.

Censorship is when the government imposes restrictions on free speech or free expression.

This site is not a public domain, it is up to the site owners and members of the site community to decide if certain people should be permitted to post here.

If you want to uprate people because you think the HR they got is unfair, that's your prerogative. Just don't call it "censorship" when the community decides someone is worthy of a troll or hide rating.

It only makes you look (more) ignorant.
